Project Description
The Hubbard and Wells Development consists of two buildings on adjoining sites. 412 N Wells is a 9-story rental Office core and shell tower containing 51,000 gross square feet, including buildouts for Basement fitness center, ground floor Retail, and 9th floor Amenity space with outdoor roof deck. Also included in this project is the interior buildout of 32,000 square feet for the offices of RxBar floors. The 24,300sf site is unique due to the curve of the “L” tracks which is over a portion of the east site. A new public landscaped plaza with public art is being provided directly under the tracks.
