Project Description
This project is a new-construction 39-story tower containing 444 rental apartments, 131 parking spaces, commercial space, and ample retail space on the ground level. The tower utilizes a cast-in-place concrete structure and includes a new amenity deck and pool over the neighboring 640 North LaSalle office building. The two structures will be connected with a new walkway bridge. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2017.
