Project Description
This project involved the renovation of a 1923 cold storage building, located in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market area, upfitting it into a modern LEED Gold-certified office and retail building. A new six-story addition was constructed to include flexible floor plates ranging from 38,500 to 71,000 square feet. It was also the first commercial building in the Midwest to earn a WELL certification for occupant health.
